About this Course
The NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification takes your personal training skills to the next level. Muscle imbalances lead to poor movement, poor movement leads to injuries. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, you could help prevent those injuries. You’ll learn the skills and knowledge to help clients at any fitness level address muscular imbalances and faulty movements. This course was developed in response to the growing need for professionals with the ability to assist clients experiencing musculoskeletal impairments, muscle imbalances or rehabilitation concerns.

Online only and blended learning options are available; the course duration is expected to last up to 3 months. Students have the option of attending a practical workshop (blended-learning) to achieve this certification. In addition, students are supported with:
